Can I change my username?

Provided that changing your username is OK'd by the company delivering the Challenge, changing your username is a snap!

Follow these steps: 

1)  Submit your request by creating a support ticket.

2) You will be asked to confirm this change in reply

3) When we receive your reply, we will make the change

4) You will receive a completion notice reply

LOG OUT and then LOG IN using your new username. 

IMPORTANT: username must be between 3-12 characters.
